Swiss designer Consuelo Castiglioni founded Marni in Milan in 1994, combining an unconventional eye with bold design and colourful prints inspired by vintage or art deco motifs. Originally a spin off from the family-owned fur business and sold in 2012, the legacy burns bright with creative director Francesco Risso continuing fearless experimentation with bright colours, unusual shapes and original prints that imbue the clothing, jewellery and accessories with a strong sense of visual art.
