You can shop and pay in your preferred currency. To change the currency, please use the dropdown menu on the upper left of your screen to select your shipping destination and currency. Available currencies are Australian Dollars (AUD), Euros (EUR), Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), Singapore Dollars (SGD) and US Dollars (USD). Please note that certain countries may not have all currencies available.

Payment methods include major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

For some countries, we offer local payment methods and facilities such as PayNow transfers and Pace instalments. Available options will be presented at checkout.

Once you have completed your payment, you will automatically be returned to an order confirmation page on our site and receive an order confirmation email.

For customers in Singapore, we offer payment by PayNow! Paying by PayNow is convenient, fast and safe - pay from your mobile by scanning a QR code without sharing any credit card details.

PayNow has another key advantage - immediate refunds. If you return any items under our 7-day free return and refund policy, there's no more waiting days for your credit card to process our refund or setting reminders to check your statement. As soon as we receive and process you return, the money is in your account and you can focus your attention on more important things.

For our customers in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Thailand, we offer Pace soon, our new instalment payment service! Spreading your purchases across later payments is about sustainable spending: afford better quality products now that will last you longer.

If you're looking for a longer instalment period, instalment plans are also available for most Singapore credit card purchases over $500. Processing fees usually apply. If your order is eligible, you must first complete your order and a link will automatically be included in the order confirmation email. For your convenience, we have compiled a list of the main credit card instalment plans in Singapore. Let us know if you'd like us to include another plan!

For international orders other than Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Thailand, we do not offer instalment plans. In the meantime, we recommend checking with your credit card issuer to see if they offer instalment plans. We will continue to explore instalment payment methods and add to our platform as appropriate. We welcome any feedback on positive experiences you have had with instalment payment providers.

All transactions on this website are processed either by Stripe or PayPal using their secure online payment gateways. Your card details are encrypted in a secure host environment and under no circumstances do we ever have access to your credit card details.

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser. This is the digital certificate which authenticates our site. The URL field beginning with "https:" at the top of the browser indicates that you are transacting in secure mode.
