THE FIFTH COLLECTION Pte. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Socialux Pte. Ltd. (collectively "TFC" or "we" or "us"). TFC owns the ecommerce website located at www.thefifthcollection.com operating under the brand name THE FIFTH COLLECTION™ (the "Website").

10.8 The above charges may be subject to revision by us from time to time.
10.9 The applicable charge shall be paid by way of cheque made out to THE FIFTH COLLECTION Pte. Ltd., at the time of submission of the request. Please note that we will not accept and act on requests that are not accompanied with payment of the applicable charge(s).
